To design, detail, procure, fabricate, treat and erect a predominately single storey large span column-less retail store incorporating tubular feature walkways and canopies. We also supplied and fitted all steel staircases and metal decking.

The construction of the building involved erecting the large span trusses using tandem lifts this was organised and coordinated by ourselves.

The supply chain takes a very hands on approach to iron out detail issues before they become problems this was carried out by holding weekly design and progress meetings which were attended by our contracts manager.

The new build store was constructed for Waitrose as part of their framework agreement which we have been involved in from its inception.

We have completed many projects for Waitrose since completing this project and in the most part they have been complicated extensions and refurbishments.
